Sunday & Public Holidays: delivery not available. Orders placed on these days default to next business day.

AM deliveries may be requested if ordered 24 hours before.

Funeral orders

The following details must be included for all funeral flower deliveries:

• The time of the service.
• Full details of the address including church, chapel or cemetery.
• The name of the person for whom the service is being held.

Funeral flowers are delivered one hour prior to the service time. Please order 24 hours before to guarantee delivery or contact us directly for further information. A delivery surcharge may apply.

Hospital Deliveries

These are treated as delivery complete when flowers/gift have arrived at the appropriate ward nurses station.

Business Deliveries

Deliveries must include the name of the business as well as the address.

Secured Premises

For all delivery addresses that we cannot access the front door or surrounding yard, recipient contact details must be provided. All effort will be made to deliver your gift on the same day but cannot be guaranteed in these circumstances and may be returned to store to await further contact from the recipient.
