What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or respond to our promotional material.

We collect your details so we can contact you about your order if we need to. At no time is any information regarding your order passed on to the recipient.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, delivery address, phone number or credit card information. (Please note that credit card details are never recorded.) You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

Please note that all deliveries are anonymous. If no sender's name is included on a card message when you place the order it is our policy for this order to remain anonymous. Should the recipient request your identity from us we will not disclose this information. Please consider carefully before sending flowers without a sender's name included on the card as, on occasions, it can cause some distress or embarrassment to the recipient and due to the protection of your privacy we will not be able to alleviate this situation.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider's database which is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

Your credit card information is never stored in our server databases.
